Hello, my name is Carlos Taylor (nickname "Cork"). I grew up in Rushville, Ohio, and graduated from Fairfield Union High School in 1963. In 1967, I graduated from Columbus Business University with a bachelor degree in Finance. I also attended Franklin University taking additional business and accounting courses. I am a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, Ohio, and have lived in Lancaster, Ohio, since 1970. I am married to Lyndel (Clendenen) Taylor, my wife for 40+ years. Most of my working career (1972-2001) was spent as the Director of Finance and Treasurer of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. For 29 years I was responsible for the Library's accounting, budgeting, payroll, investment management, and financial reporting services. I also handled real estate purchases and sales for the Library and assisted in the management of several apartment buildings owned by the Library. I retired from the Library in 2001. In 2002, I became a licensed Ohio real estate agent after attending Hondros College, where I took real estate licensing courses, and then passed the State of Ohio Real Estate Examination that same year. Since then I have taken additional real estate classes and now hold the designation of "Residential Real Estate Specialist". I specialize in helping "my clients" purchase and sell residential property. I have now been a real estate agent for many years and have gained a lot of real estate sales experience representing both Buyers and Sellers. I am a member of both the Lancaster and Columbus Multiple Listing Services. I am also a member of the Lancaster Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In 1970, my wife and I became members of the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, Ohio. Since joining I have served on several church boards and committees, have held the position of Deacon and Elder, and have served on the church's Finance Committee. References will be furnished upon request.

" 2006 Realtor of the Year" |

|
Hello, my name is Ron Robinson. I grew up in Bremen, Ohio, and graduated from Fairfield Union High School in 1966. I also attended Ohio University where I majored in accounting technology. I am a life-long resident of Fairfield County, Ohio, and have lived in Lancaster, Ohio, for the past 37 years. I am very proud to call Lancaster my home! I have had several jobs, but most of my career (other than my real estate career) was spent working for American Electric Power (AEP) in Lancaster for more than 18 years. I retired from AEP in 1999 to spend more time selling real estate. In 1974, after taking numerours real estate courses, I became a licensed real estate agent in Ohio and started selling real estate on a part-time basis. In 1999, I began selling real estate on a full-time basis. I have now been a licensed real estate agent for 36 years. I am a member of both the Lancaster and Columbus Multiple Listing Services. I am also a member of the Lancaster Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. During the 36 years I have been a licensed Realtor I have sold hundreds of properties including land, home and commercial property. Within the Lancaster area I have consistently been one of the top selling real estate agents since I began selling real estate on a full-time basis. Over the years I have received numerous awards for selling real estate, but in 2006 I was voted "Realtor of the Year" by members of the Lancaster Board of Realtors. Receiving this award has been one of the highlights of my working career. I love selling real estate and the challenges its presents to me on a daily basis. References furnished upon request. |
